Dear parents and carers of critical workers,

Government guidance states, ‘Parents and carers who are critical workers should keep their children at home, if they can’.

To ensure we are applying this guidance fairly across our community, we are asking parents and carers to provide evidence that they are a critical worker and have no other option to keep their child at home. Can parents/carers provide following evidence :

  • The parent’s name
  • Date of letter
  • Role

  • That no other parent or carer is available to care for their child at home - evidence of this is likely to be the same as for the critical worker.

Yours sincerely,

Matt Condon, Headteacher
