World Book Day

Due to a very busy timetable this week, we will be celebrating World Book Day on Wednesday 9^th March. We will be asking children to come into school dressed as their favorite book character.

INSET Days

In dates for diaries we have set 2 dates for May:

Punctuality on Mondays and Fridays

Overall punctuality is much better. However, for some reason, we seem to be having lots of children coming into school late on Mondays and Fridays. Remember, school starts promptly at 8.50am!

Community Clubs

Youth Moves at The Park, Daventry Road are running a Junior Club – here again are the details:

Celebration Assembly

The next Celebration Assembly will be on Monday 7^th March at 9am, where the following children will receive their Headteacher's Award:   Mille (Rec), Layla (Y1), Harley C-G (Y2), Tyler V (Y3), Marleymay (Y4), Alfie He (Y5), Betty (Y6) and Shiloh (Y6)

Attendance! Attendance! Attendance!

Well done to the following classes who had attendance at over 97% this week:

·       Year 1 with 97%

·       Year 5 with 97%

·       Year 6 with 99% attendance!

This means Year 6 will have a special non-uniform day on Friday 11^thMarch 2016.
